1. Processing Times

In-stock items: Orders placed by 1 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Custom & pre-order items: Processing times vary depending on production. Estimated timelines will be listed on the product description section of the product page.

Orders placed after 1 PM CST, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship within the United States only.

Carriers used: USPS and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be announced on our website or via email.
4. Delivery Times (Estimated)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Pink and Unique is not responsible for delays, losses, or costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or address errors, a 20% handling fee will apply before reshipment or refund.
6. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at info@pinkandunique.com for assistance.

Exclusions: delays caused by customer errors in shipping details, missed deliveries, or uncontrollable events (weather, natural disasters, pandemics, carrier delays).
7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or appears tampered with, contact us at info@pinkandunique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
