At Pink and Unique, we are committed to providing thoughtfully curated products with quality craftsmanship. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at info@pinkandunique.com.
After 24 hours, orders are submitted for processing or production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Custom or personalized items canceled after 24 hours are not eligible for refund

Pre-order items canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit only
2. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Pre-order and made-to-order items are produced after an order is placed.

Production timelines may vary due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, customs processing, or events beyond our control
Pre-order and made-to-order items are:

3. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible non-custom, in-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original packaging with all tags attached

Free of odors, makeup, or damage
Return conditions:

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Restocking Fees:

Standard items returned due to change of mind: 15% restocking fee

Custom or pre-order items (if approved): 25% restocking fee, issued as store credit only
All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved based on product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pinkandunique.com.
Please include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
6. Orders Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, please contact us for assistance.
This does not apply to:

Pre-orders

Custom or made-to-order items

Delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or events beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, etc.)
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Pink and Unique is not responsible for address errors entered by the customer

Orders refused or returned due to delivery refusal may incur a 20% handling fee
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. How to Submit a Return Request
Option 1 — Self-Service Return Portal
