Pre-Order Policy

At Pink and Unique, many of our most loved pieces are offered as pre-orders to ensure intentional production, premium quality, and limited-edition designs.

Please review the information below before placing a pre-order.


What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is not in stock at the time of purchase. These items are produced after orders are placed and are made available during a limited ordering window.

Pre-orders allow us to:

  • Offer exclusive designs
  • Reduce overproduction
  • Deliver thoughtfully crafted pieces

Production & Shipping Timelines

Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page and are provided for reference only.

Please note:

  • Production timelines may range from 8–16 weeks or longer, depending on the item

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, material availability, customs processing, or shipping carriers

  • Shipping timelines are not guaranteed

We appreciate your patience as your order is carefully prepared.


Payment Terms

Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed. Your order secures your item in production.


Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, pre-orders are submitted to production and cannot be modified or canceled

Approved cancellations after 24 hours will be issued store credit only.


Refund Policy for Pre-Orders

Because pre-order items are produced specifically based on customer demand:

  • Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds

  • Approved returns may receive store credit only, at our discretion

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please review all product details carefully prior to purchasing.


Conference & Event Delivery

Some pre-order items may be designated for conference or event pickup, including delivery to a regional chair or host location.

Details will be clearly stated on the product listing.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Items may be delivered at the event rather than to a residential address

  • Failure to attend or retrieve items does not automatically qualify the order for a refund
