What is your production time?
Most production times are listed on each individual product page. If you have a specific in-hand date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Please note: Production time is not the same as shipping time. Once your item is made, it will still need to be shipped, which adds additional time.
If your order contains both quick-ship and longer-production items, the order will ship together once all items are complete. If you need something sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
A production day is a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM CST are counted as the next business day.
What are your shipping options?
We offer several shipping options:

UPS & USPS Standard Ground Shipping: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after production is complete.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and chosen method.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged where required by law. You can see the tax amount before completing your purchase by entering your address at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, the shipping method, and the estimated arrival date.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund (unless they have already entered production).

Custom or pre-order items canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit only.

If your order has entered production and can still be canceled, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Can I change an order?
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Custom or pre-order items are non-refundable. If returned, they will receive store credit only, less a 15% restocking fee.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at info@pinkandunique.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
What if I chose the wrong size?
Because most of our products are made to order, returns due to incorrect sizing are generally not accepted. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Pink and Unique gift cards.
What if my package is returned or undeliverable?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment fees will apply.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes — store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card that never expires.
