Pink and Unique Store Policy

At Pink and Unique, we are committed to providing high-quality, unique products and an excellent shopping experience. Please review the following policies before placing your order.


1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team.

  • After 24 hours, orders (including custom and pre-order items) enter processing/production and can no longer be modified.

  • Custom or pre-order items canceled after 24 hours will be issued store credit only (no refunds).


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging (with all tags attached).

  • Custom or pre-order items: not eligible for refunds; if approved for return, store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@pinkandunique.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

  • Once verified, we will send a free replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).


4. Orders Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (excluding pre-orders, custom orders, or special orders), you may request a replacement or full refund.

  • This does not apply to delays caused by incorrect shipping details, missed deliveries, or uncontrollable events (such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays).


5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery or an address error, a 20% handling fee will be applied before reshipment or refund.


6. Restocking Fees

  • Standard items returned due to change of mind: 10% restocking fee.

  • Custom or pre-order items: 15% restocking fee, refunded as store credit only.


7. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@pinkandunique.com to request a return authorization. Include photos/videos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, ship your item to:

  3. Email us the return tracking number.

  4. Refunds or store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.


8. Additional Notes

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable once used.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments unless shipped according to our approved instructions.

  • Policies are subject to change without notice.
