REFUND POLICY

 

At Pink and Unique, we are committed to customer satisfaction by providing unique products with great quality. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team.

  • After 24 hours, orders (including custom or pre-order items) are placed into production and can no longer be modified.

  • Custom or pre-order items canceled after 24 hours will receive store credit only — no refunds.


2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging (with all tags and labels intact).

  • Custom or pre-order items are not eligible for refund. If returned, they will receive store credit only and will incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from the credit.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at info@pinkandunique.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.

  3. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).


4. Orders Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering (not including special orders, pre-orders or custom orders), contact us for a free replacement or full refund.

  • This excludes delays caused by customer errors in shipping details, missed deliveries, or uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).


5. Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for address errors made by the customer.

  • If you refuse delivery without prior notice, a 20% handling fee will apply.


6. Restocking Fees

  • Standard items returned due to “change of mind” will incur a 10% restocking fee.

  • Custom or pre-order items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee and will be refunded as store credit only.


7. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at info@pinkandunique.com with photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, ship the item to:

  3. Provide the tracking number for your return shipment.

  4. Refunds or store credit will be processed once the item is received and inspected.


8. Additional Notes

  • Gift cards are non-refundable once used.

  • We are not liable for loss or damage of returned items without prior instructions.
